Who designed these exercises?  Are they safe?
A board certified, licensed doctor of physical therapy created every exercise on this site.  The exercises on this site have all been reviewed to meet the same safe standards that would be followed in a physical therapy clinic.

What do I need to watch these exercises?
All that is needed is a high-speed internet connection and an email account.  If desired, you can also view these exercises on a video iPod or MP3 player for an additional charge.  When viewing the exercises on your home computer, make sure to disable pop-up blockers and allow cookies.  This is required for the site to work properly.

How many times can I watch my exercises?
If you are a physical therapy patient or a personal training client, the overall duration of your access to the account is up to your health professional.  However, when eligible, you can watch the video footage as often as you like.  If you purchase your exercises for download to MP3 or video iPod, you will own the exercises you choose and can view them indefinitely.
