What do I need to watch these exercises?
All that is needed is a high-speed internet connection
and an email account. If desired, you can also

How many times can I watch my exercises?
If you are a physical therapy patient or a personal
training client, the overall duration of your access
to the account is up to your health professional. However,
when eligible, you can watch the video footage as
often as you like. If you purchase your exercises
for download to MP3 or video iPod, you will own the
exercises you choose and can view them indefinitely.
