A Click2learn account will allow therapists to create unique, private HEP accounts for their patients to view at home via the internet.   These accounts will contain the exact exercises the therapist has selected for their patient, with the desired exercise volume (sets and reps), and any special instructions prescribed by the therapist.

  Exercises will be grouped by the date they are assigned and listed accordingly when the therapist reviews the account.  The account will be able to be modified at any time to accommodate the progression of the patient. 

Exercises can be given inactive status in a patient’s account so that old exercises can be removed from patient access and saved in an "archived" section. This will allow the therapist to keep the HEP concise, while allowing the progression of exercises to be easily viewed by the therapist. This should help minimize confusion for the patient by controlling the number of exercises they can view.

Accounts will be valid during the entire time a patient is receiving therapy at your facility, but will also be saved in the system for your records once the patient has been discharged.  All data will be retrievable in the case that a patient returns to your facility at a later date.
