   This site was created and designed by a licensed physical therapist in collaboration with a multimedia specialist.

Our Founders

Mark L. Callanen, MPT, OCS is the CEO and co-founder of Click2Learn Exercise Programs.  He is the technical expert overseeing all exercise related content on this site.  Mark has been an out patient physical therapist since 1999 and served as a personal trainer for several years prior to becoming a physical therapist.  He has been board certified from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2003.  He currently directs and co-owns a clinic in Mission Viejo, CA where he works with a variety of patients and athletes, specializing in disorders of the neck and back.   He has taken extensive continuing education courses with regard to both the Osteopathic approach to spinal dysfunction, as well the Maitland-Australian approach to treatment of peripheral and spinal joint dysfunction.  Mark is currently completing coursework to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Marymount University in August of 2007.

Elaine Moncino Monahan, MA, is the CFO and co-founder of Click2Learn Exercise Programs.  She is the multimedia expert overseeing all video and web content on this site.  Elaine has worked in the television industry for over 22 years providing both technical and training support for her clients.  Her specialty is working on sports and entertainment programs including shows for Fox Sports, ESPN, Entertainment Television and Access Hollywood among many others.  In addition to her on-air credits, Elaine is an accomplished academic. She has two Masters Degrees, one in Radio/Television and one in the Critical Studies of Television. She has taught part time at several universities including California State University, Fullerton, California State University Long Beach, Chapman College and National University.  Elaine has also provided training support for productions houses and television stations across the nation. Currently, she owns her own production company and produces programs for corporate clients including, Remedy Temp, The Blind Brokers Network, Triconex, Core Value and Saddleback Memorial Hospital. Elaine is an avid outdoors person and loves to hike, climb and exercise. She is on the cutting edge of technology and has brought this expertise to Click2Learn Exercise Programs.
